1. Eligibility Window (Purchase Requirement)

• The Havok Accountability Challenge is valid only for Havok purchases made between:
  February 4, 2026 through February 21, 2026

• Purchases made outside of this window are not eligible

• The Havok must be purchased at full retail price

  • No discount codes

  • No bundles

  • No promotional pricing

• Shipping costs are not eligible for refund

2. Posting Timeline (Start Requirement)

• The 30-day accountability period begins once the Havok is delivered

• Participants must start posting within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the product

• If posting does not begin within this 7-day window, the challenge is forfeited

• Posting cannot be delayed, paused, or started at a later date

• Retroactive or backdated posts are not allowed

This challenge must be completed as a continuous 30-day training block

3. Posting Requirements

To successfully complete the challenge, participants must:

• Post one (1) original post per day

• For 30 consecutive days

• With no missed days

Each post must:

• Clearly show the Havok in use

• Be published from a public account

• Tag @thefarmsystem in every post

• Remain live and visible on the account until verification is complete

Definition of an Original Post

For the purposes of this challenge, an original post means:

• Content created specifically for that day

• Content that has not been previously posted on any platform

• Content that is unique to that day and not reused or repeated

The following do not qualify as original posts:

• Reposting or resharing someone else’s content

• Reposting your own past content

• Using the same video, photo, or clip across multiple days

• Minor edits of the same clip (cropping, filters, captions, or music changes)

• Compilation posts that reuse previous challenge content

Each day must feature new, original content created for that specific day.

Accepted Platforms:

• Instagram (Feed or Reels)

• TikTok

• YouTube Shorts

• Twitter / X

Stories, disappearing content, or private posts do not qualify

4. Public Account Requirement

• All posts must be made from a public social media account

• The account must remain public for the entire 30-day period

• Accounts that are made private at any point during the challenge are disqualified

5. Consecutive Posting Rule

• All 30 posts must be consecutive

• Missing one (1) day results in disqualification

• There are no extensions, make-up days, or exceptions

• Once a day is missed, the accountability period is considered closed

6. Completion & Verification Process

After successfully completing all 30 consecutive days, participants must submit the verification form on our website.

The form will require:

• Full name

• Order number

• Social media handle(s) used during the challenge

• Platform(s) where content was published

Verification includes confirming:

• Posting frequency

• Consecutive days

• Public visibility

• Required tagging

• Posts remaining live

• Original content compliance

7. Refund

Upon successful verification:

• Participants will receive a refund for the Havok product price only

• Shipping costs are excluded

• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment

• Refund processing may take seven (7) to ten (10) business days after verification approval

8. Disclaimers & Final Notes

• The Farm System reserves the right to:

  • Review, audit, and verify all content

  • Deny refunds if any requirement is not met

  • Disqualify attempts to manipulate or bypass guidelines

  • Modify or discontinue the challenge at any time

• Participation is voluntary

• All eligibility and completion decisions are final

This challenge is built on consistency, accountability, and integrity.
